In partnership with the Leeds, Grenville and Lanark District Health Unit, the North Lanark Community Health Centre has a dental suite to provide better access to oral health care for the north Lanark population. You do not have to be a client of the Health Centre to access this service.
A Registered Dental Hygienist is available by appointment only to provide preventive services (such as cleanings, first year-first visits, screenings, sealants, fluoride varnish, and oral health education) for eligible children/youth under the Healthy Smiles Ontario (HSO) program. HSO is a government funded dental program that provides free preventive, routine, and emergency dental services for eligible children and youth 17 years old and under.
Appointments for this service are made through the Oral Health Team at the Leeds, Grenville and Lanark District Health Unit. Call 1-800-660-5853 for more information or to book an appointment.
